The Pearl Emerald Dwarf Danio, also commonly called the Emerald Dwarf Rasbora, is a tiny and beautifully patterned nano fish known for its shimmering green body and vertical dark bars. Native to Inle Lake, this peaceful species is highly sought after for planted aquariums and nano community tanks.

Pearl Emerald Dwarf Danios are schooling fish and should be kept in groups of at least 6 or more. They thrive in planted aquariums with gentle flow and plenty of hiding places. When kept in proper groups, they become more active and display their best colors.

Their diet should include high-quality micro pellets, crushed flakes, and small live or frozen foods such as baby brine shrimp, daphnia, and microworms. Because of their small mouths, finely sized foods work best.
