Refund policy

NO RETURN POLICY


Due to the sensitive nature of live aquatic livestock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live fish once an order has been shipped or delivered.


Live fish are perishable and highly sensitive to water conditions, handling, and aquarium environments. Because these factors are beyond our control after delivery, we cannot accept returned livestock.


If there is an issue with your order, please review our Live Arrival Guarantee policy for instructions on reporting any problems with fish that arrive deceased (DOA).


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and shipping costs are non-refundable.


If an order is cancelled before shipment, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES


If a package is refused, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempt, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


Customers are responsible for ensuring their aquarium is properly cycled and suitable for the fish they are purchasing. We are not responsible for losses due to improper tank conditions, water quality, or incompatible tank mates.
