Orange Blotched Peacock Cichlid

Orange Blotched Peacock Cichlids are colorful hybrid African cichlids from the Lake Malawi peacock lineage (Aulonocara species). They are known for their unique orange base color with irregular black or dark blotches, making every fish look different.

Compatibility

Best kept with other African cichlids from Lake Malawi, such as:

• Other Peacock cichlids
• Haplochromis (Haps)
• Some calmer Mbuna species

Avoid very aggressive Mbuna that may bully them.
