L025 Scarlet Cactus Pleco (1.0-1.5")

The L025 Scarlet Cactus Pleco is a large and impressive pleco species known for its dark body with reddish or orange highlights on the fins and tail. Native to the Amazon Basin in South America, this powerful catfish is popular among experienced aquarists for its bold appearance and strong personality.

Behavior: Scarlet Cactus Plecos are territorial, especially toward other bottom-dwelling fish. They spend much of their time hiding in caves or under driftwood and become more active at night. Due to their large adult size and strong waste production, they require powerful filtration and a spacious aquarium.
