Frontosa Blue Zaire (Cyphotilapia frontosa) is a premium African cichlid from Lake Tanganyika, prized for its deep blue coloration and bold vertical striping. Known for their calm demeanor and majestic presence, they are a centerpiece fish for large aquariums.

75 gallons minimum (125+ gallons recommended for groups)

Temperament:

Semi-aggressive, generally calm for a cichlid

Carnivore – high-quality pellets, frozen foods, occasional live foods
