Blue Socolofi Cichlid

The Pseudotropheus socolofi, commonly known as the Blue Socolofi Cichlid, is a beautiful Mbuna species native to Lake Malawi. It is known for its light powder-blue body with darker blue edging on the fins, giving it a clean and striking appearance in African cichlid aquariums.

Blue Socolofi are active and hardy fish that adapt well to Mbuna community tanks. Their bright blue coloration makes them a popular choice for hobbyists looking to add contrast to tanks with yellow or orange Malawi cichlids.

For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
