A small, elegant schooling fish known for its bright red snout and metallic silver body. Often confused with Rummy-nose tetras, but this is a true rasbora from Southeast Asia.

• Red nose coloration fades with stress or poor water quality (great health indicator).

• Excellent tankmates include small tetras, rasboras, danios, and Corydoras.
