Thai Micro Spider Crab (Limnopilos naiyanetri)

One of the smallest true freshwater crabs in the aquarium hobby, prized for its tiny size, translucent body, and delicate spider-like legs.

Quick facts
• Adult size: ~0.3–0.5 inch
• Temperament: Very peaceful, extremely shy
• Tank size: 5+ gallons (species or nano community)
• Water: 72–78°F (22–26°C), soft–moderately hard, neutral pH
• Habitat look: Moss, driftwood, fine gravel/sand, dense plants
• Diet: Biofilm, algae, powdered foods, shrimp food dust
• Notes: Fully freshwater (no brackish stage); sensitive to poor water quality and copper

Best kept with: Nano fish, shrimp, snails
Avoid: Large fish, aggressive tankmates, strong flow

We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 5 business days. For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
