Swordtail

Swordtail Fish (Xiphophorus hellerii) are popular freshwater livebearers known for the long “sword-like” extension on the male’s tail. They are active, colorful, and very hardy, making them a great choice for beginner and community aquariums.

 Swordtails thrive in well-maintained tanks with plenty of swimming space and plants. They are peaceful but active fish and do best when kept with other similarly sized community species.
