Yoyo Loach (Botia almorhae) is a lively freshwater loach known for its distinctive dark pattern that often resembles the letters “YOYO” along its body. Their playful behavior and bold markings make them a popular choice for community aquariums.

These active bottom dwellers enjoy exploring the tank and do best when kept in groups. Yoyo Loaches thrive in aquariums with hiding places such as rocks, caves, and driftwood, and they are also known to help control pest snails.
