Hillstream Loach (Sewellia lineolata), often called the Reticulated Hillstream Loach, is a unique freshwater fish with a flat, ray-like body and intricate maze-like patterns. Their body shape allows them to cling tightly to rocks in flowing water using a suction-like underside.

They prefer cool, well-oxygenated aquariums with strong water movement, smooth rocks, and algae growth to graze on. Hillstream Loaches thrive in mature tanks that mimic fast-flowing stream environments.
