Scientific Name: Pterophyllum sp.
The Green Giant Angelfish is a large and impressive freshwater aquarium fish known for its tall body and subtle greenish sheen. It is a selectively bred variety of the species Pterophyllum scalare and is admired for its size, elegant fins, and strong presence in the aquarium.
Appearance: Silver to dark body with a soft green iridescent shine and long flowing fins that give it a majestic look.
Size: Can grow up to about 8–10 inches (20–25 cm) tall, making it larger than most standard angelfish.
Tank Requirements: Freshwater aquarium with a temperature of 75–82°F (24–28°C). Recommended tank size is at least 30–40 gallons with plants and calm water.
Temperament: Generally peaceful but may become territorial as it grows. Best kept with medium-sized peaceful community fish.
Diet: Eats flakes, pellets, and frozen or live foods such as bloodworms and brine shrimp.

We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 5 business days. For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
Any orders placed before 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out that same week. orders placed after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will now be processed the following week

Guaranteed to arrive alive you have one hour of delivery to report any death. You must take a picture while the fish is dead in the bag before it’s opened.
