The Chinese Algae Eater is a hardy freshwater fish known for its ability to graze on algae from aquarium glass, rocks, and decorations. With its slender body and specialized sucker mouth, this fish helps control algae growth while adding activity to the aquarium.

Behavior: Chinese Algae Eaters spend much of their time attached to surfaces using their sucker-like mouth while grazing on algae. They are most effective algae eaters when young and should be supplemented with prepared foods as they grow.
