Tank Requirements:

Minimum 5–10 gallons

Fully aquatic—no land needed

Low flow (they are weak swimmers)

Clean, well-maintained water

Diet:

Carnivore—frozen foods (bloodworms, brine shrimp), sinking frog pellets

Hand feeding or target feeding often needed

Tank Mates:

Best with small, peaceful fish (tetras, rasboras)

Avoid aggressive or fin-nipping fish

Avoid strong feeders—they can outcompete frogs

Notes:

Must reach the surface to breathe

Poor eyesight—relies on smell to find food

May sing or make soft buzzing sounds
